ASCO is accepting applications for non-funded Joint Sessions that will be held in 2026.
An ASCO Joint Session is an educational session held during a conference or the annual meeting of the requesting organization from outside of the United States. The session includes speakers from both ASCO and the requesting organization. Both organizations mutually agree upon topics and speakers. ASCO has no funds remaining to support joint sessions in 2026, but organizations may still apply for a non-funded ASCO joint session if they are able to support the travel of the ASCO faculty.
To Apply
If your organization is interested in applying for a Joint Session, please complete an application. Applications must be submitted no later than 6 months prior to the date of the conference.

Application Deadlines
Applications are reviewed quarterly by the International Affairs Steering Committee. Please submit your application by the below dates to be considered.
Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis and are due the first Thursday of each quarter. Upcoming deadlines include:
- Thursday, January 8, 2026
- Thursday, April 9, 2026
- Thursday, July 9, 2026
- Thursday, October, 8, 2026
