An ASCO endorsement indicates that ASCO officially endorses the education program of another international organization. The endorsement also conveys that ASCO grants permission to the organization to use the ASCO logo on the program brochure and other program-related material.

For international meetings that receive an ASCO endorsement, the educational program is developed primarily by local or regional organizers. The educational program is reviewed and approved by the ASCO International Affairs Committee. A licensing fee is required for meetings held in High-Income Countries, as defined by the World Bank.

If your organization is interested in applying for an Endorsement, please complete an application. Applications should be submitted no later than 6 months prior to the date of the conference.

Applications are reviewed quarterly by the International Affairs Steering Committee. Please submit your application by the below dates to be considered.
