The Robert A. Winn Diversity in Clinical Trials: Clinical Investigator Leadership Award powered by Conquer Cancer’s EveryGrant® (Winn CILA-Onc) is a three-year career and leadership development program designed to increase diversity in clinical trials and transform the clinical research landscape.

The program is exclusive to the participants of the Robert A. Winn Career Development Award (Winn CDA) program who are early-career investigator oncology physicians who are underrepresented in medicine or who have demonstrated a commitment to increasing diversity in clinical trials.
